Can I change or return my shirt?
If your shirt doesn't fit, we will gladly send you, with no extra costs, a different size - if available - upon receipt of your shirt. For conditions of return see below. If another size isn't available anymore, or if you want for whatever reason to return your shirt, we will refund the price of the shirt, on the following conditions. You will send us an e-mail within 7 days of receiving your shirt to notify us, and send your shirt back. Returns are accepted only if the shirt is undamaged, not worn or washed, in the original packaging with all labels and tags attached, and if it is sent by registered mail or with a trace-and-tracking service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as loss or damage of items. After we have received your return delivery we will refund the amount you paid for the shirt within 7 days.
What kind of fabric is used?
The fabric of our shirts is 100 % cotton popeline.
What is my size?
We offer our shirts in four sizes, ranging from small to extra large. On our size chart you can see how this translates into the commonly used European and American sizes. When in doubt you could measure your neck and chest size.
How can I wash this shirt?
Your shirt will last long if you follow the washing instructions as depicted below: machine-washable with a temperature not exceeding 30˚C or 75˚F, or dry clean, no bleach, ironing at medium setting (150˚C or 300˚F), and no tumble dry.
How do I pay?
By following the 'shop' or 'buy' link you will arrive at our shop, where you can pay with a PayPal account, or without an account, if you have a valid credit card. Prices of the products are in Euro and include VAT.
How long will shipment take?
We ship your order within a day after receipt, by standard service of the Dutch postal service Post.NL. Delivery times are different for each country. By using the form on this page you can ask us for an estimate of delivery times for your country, and we will give you details as specified by Post.NL.
